Members must also follow all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
Not exhaustiveIf an item is unsafe, unlawful, recalled, or requires a license the seller cannot verify, do not list it.
Never allowed
- Stolen property, counterfeit goods, or items the seller is not authorized to transfer.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or prescription-only products.
- Weapons, explosives, ammunition, hazardous materials, or instructions intended to facilitate harm.
- Human remains, protected wildlife, illegal animal products, or live animals where prohibited.
- Recalled, unsafe, adulterated, expired, or unlawfully marketed food, cosmetics, medical products, or child-safety products.
- Personal data, access credentials, financial accounts, forged documents, or tools primarily intended for fraud or unauthorized access.
- Sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate content, or any sexual content involving minors.
Restricted categories
Alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, tickets, financial instruments, age-restricted products, regulated medical devices, and other licensed goods may be blocked entirely or allowed only after vFlea publishes a category-specific process.
Enforcement
vFlea may remove an item, preserve evidence, restrict an account, or refer credible threats or illegal activity to appropriate authorities. Sellers remain responsible for the legality, safety, authenticity, and accuracy of every listing.
